You will enjoy a day on the water lounging on comfortable bean bags or make friends around the bar with happy tunes from our state of the art speaker system.Our Catamaran is very large with different deck sections which allows for safe distancing from unfamiliar guests.
We check the temperature of every guests before boarding and provide single use recyclable cups and dishes.
Our crew is also tested daily for possible infections
We serve soft drinks, juices, beer, wine and cocktails on board (please pre book your food choice and drinks on our food and beverage page)
during the trip we will stop for 2 hours at the best coral spots for snorkeling and swimming
All our gear is disinfected daily before use to provide the highest safety standards

Guest(s) of Karimunjawa Party Boat, Happy Hour, Night Party and Boat Rentals participate in the tour and/or related Boat and watersport activities solely at their own risk
Operator and/or owners are in no way responsible for mishaps/accidents due to intoxication, not being able to swim, experience difficulties due to medical conditions or being in any way physically and/or mentally handicapped or disabled
If Tour is cancelled due to bad weather, technical issues or any other reason guests will be delegated to a different vessel or are being refunded at purchase cost only
No refunds for late arrivals at the date of departure or no shows unless cancelled 48 hours before departure or rental start
In case of overbooking guests will be delegated to a 2. vessel and will be able to participate in all activities at the midway stop of the catamaran tour
If the minimum amount of guests per tour is not available guests will be entertained on a smaller boat and will receive a coupon for a free pizza at Eat&Meet restaurant for the same day only
The Captain reserves the right of refusal of service and/or participation of the tour as well as restraining of guests causing disturbance and trouble due to intoxication or general misbehaviour causing disturbance to the other guests
An armband will be provided on the day of the cruise to identify the participants of said days cruise and activities
Armband authorises the wearer for same day participation in the cruise and related activities
If the armband is in any way damged, lost or in any other way manipulated or tampered with no refund will be provided and participation at the day of the cruise and activities will be refused
Each guest will be provided a free lunch and drink included in the ticket cost and tokens will be provided to exchange for said items
Additional food and drinks will be available on board for purchaseAlthough life vests will be provided for watersport activities such as swimming and snorkelling guests will be solely responsible for being able bodied to participate in all water related activities
Guests will be responsible to alert crew if they are not able to swim, dive or water related activities
The marine environment can be hazardous due to wind, waves, sea life, coral etc and guests are fully aware that their safety depends on their personal cautious and responsible behaviour
The tour operator/owners will be in no way responsible for accidents due to acts of God, misbehaviour of the cruise participants and/or technical issues arising during the cruise
Guests intoxicated and misbehaving due to alcohol or drugs will be immediately removed from the vessel during any of the events
